Terms and Conditions

On this page you can find the general sales -, delivery - and payment conditions of Roppongi, in accordance with the Dutch Law on Sale on distance which enforced since February 1, 2001.

These general conditions apply to all agreements regarding ordering online at Roppongi. By ordering from Roppongi you agree to the terms and conditions.


Prices & Offers

The prices are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Roppongi can not be held responsible for errors in its website. Offers are valid for the indicated period and while stock is available.


Payment, shipping & delivery

You can pay the amount, including paying the advance shipping on account of Roppongi, ABN AMRO in Amsterdam. Your order will be shipped on average within seven working days after receiving your payment. On receipt of your payment and shipment of the order will be informed by e-mail Roppongi.

If your order is not available you will receive an email within 2 days .

Dispatch by reputable companies, will be under the full responsibility of the shipping company. For damage, loss or other problems Roppongi is not responsible for shipment.

If the amount of your order is not on the account of Roppongi within seven days is added, we can not guarantee the booking of your order and we will send you an e-mail to meet its articles of your order from the reservation.


Cancel & returns

Roppongi accepts a cancellation at any time prior to transmission. Once a product is shipped, however, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancellation must be made in writing by email.


We make every effort to fully inform you via our website articles. If an article does not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged and / or returned.

You need to return an item at your own expense. Return and / or exchange the following conditions:


*send Roppongi prior e-mail info@roppongi.nl stating the articles you want to exchange / return, your name, address and account number.

*The exchange / return within 7 days after receiving the order

*You send the unused item in its original packaging to Roppongi, Van Hall Street 679, 1051HG, Amsterdam.

*The return should be sufficient postage and the risk of shipment to the customer.

*We will refund the purchase price (including previous shipping) within 14 days of receipt of the item return to your account.

*Roppongi reserves the right to refuse for returns or to pay back only a portion of the amount paid if it is suspected that the product has been used, if the article as a result of use is damaged or if the goods are not in original packaging have been sent.

*Products can not be returned on sale. You are here with you already informed online purchase.



Personal data are included in our customer base and used for processing orders and sending the newsletter. These data are not passed on to third parties. Do not want to receive the newsletter, you can specify that when placing the order.


Other provisions

The information on the site of Roppongi is compiled with all due care. However Roppongi is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website, as well as rap -, typesetting and printing errors which could be communicated unintentionally incorrect price. Complaints and questions

Roppongi aims for customer satisfaction. If you despite our efforts and make complaints about our services and / or products we hear very much. Mail your question or complaint info@roppongi.nl. Roppongi endeavor to contact you within 48 hours following deklacht. We will solve at least everything to do this satisfactorily.
